Ten years ago, I took a leap of faith with my co-founders Mike Phillips and Nicky Treadway and we started EPIC Adventures Therapy with more conviction than certainty.

We believed that healing didn’t have to be confined to four walls. That growth could happen in motion. That challenge, nature, and shared experience could unlock things talk alone sometimes couldn’t.

10 years later, I am still here and EPIC Adventures is alive and well. What I didn’t fully know then was how many people would trust the process alongside me — clinicians, leaders, organizations, teams, and individuals willing to step into discomfort in pursuit of something better.

Over the last decade, I’ve watched people find confidence on ropes courses, clarity on trails, trust in boats, and purpose in moments that couldn’t be replicated in a room.

EPIC has never just been a business to me.
It’s been a calling.
A belief that transformation happens when we’re brave enough to engage fully with the experience in front of us.
