This workshop is for those who have lived as The Helper, Fixer, Responsible or Take Charge One – and who are ready to change that pattern.

Miri Klements of Reiki For Wellness will guide you through an exploration to
* Compassionately understand why and how this role developed
* Learn practical steps to begin unwinding and dissolving your patterns of over-responsibility
* Understand what it means to care without automatically over-functioning and feeling responsible for everyone and everything,
* Learn how to self-regulate your nervous system
* Reclaim respect for yourself, your needs and boundaries

Tammy Schoolcraft will join Miri during the closing meditation and offer Biofield Tuning in the subtle energy field, which together will help the nervous system soften, release old imprints and patterns, and support the activation of a new, more balanced way of Being.
This is not about becoming less caring. It is about discovering how to care in a way that truly honors yourself and another, without the need to automatically reach out and help.

It is about becoming more of your authentic self.

Sometimes a small group creates the perfect opportunity to go a little deeper.

So I took advantage of the intimate group and surprised them by setting up the tables so everyone could experience an Embodied Energy Alignment session. A chance to fully relax, let the body unwind, and allow the energy to settle into a new level of balance. ✨

I had already been considering offering sessions this way, and today felt like a beautiful confirmation that A Space to Exhale can sometimes look like this too.
