Which Area Feels the Tightest: Shoulders, Hips, or Low Back?
Everyone has that one area that always feels tight — no matter how much they stretch it.
For most people, it’s one of these:
• Shoulders
• Hips
• Low back
Each of these areas plays a major role in how your body moves. When one is restricted, everything else has to compensate.
