We’re excited to introduce Chat Point, Ingleside’s new AI-powered concierge assistant. Built through a collaboration between our Resident Technology Engagement team, Solutions Architect, Indiana University HCI students, and industry AI partners, Chat Point gives concierge staff instant access to the information they need to support residents and guests more efficiently.

Since launching in 2025, Chat Point has helped streamline workflows, speed up onboarding, and create a more consistent and confident experience at our front desks.

This project is a great example of how innovation and partnership can enhance daily life across our communities.

At Westminster at Lake Ridge, we truly care about the residents' safety and comfort! When winter weather hits, our amazing team comes together to ensure everyone is well taken care of. From delivering meals to the cottage residents to staying overnight to ensure all departments continue to operate smoothly, it's all about planning and teamwork here! There's a horse in the building, and it's the cutest thing ever! Meet Eleanor, the miniature therapy horse from Cloverleaf Equine Center! Residents at Westminster at Lake Ridge had a delightful visit with her, getting to pet and interact with this adorable little lady. This special visit kicked off a new program where therapy horses come to communities. Special thanks to the Life Enrichment Team for making this visit possible. Westminster at Lake Ridge invites you to join a new program called "Sentimental Journey Singers." Rehearsals begin next Thursday, January 29. Volunteer choral companions sing with individuals with early-mid stage cognitive change and their care partners. In addition to learning choral music, rehearsals include movement, musical brain games, and fellowship.

Rehearsals are Thursdays from 1:30-3:00pm from January 29th - May 7th, with a concert on May 14th. The ensemble is conducted by Judy Humphrey and is a program of Encore Creativity.
