What no one tells you about exercise...
Exercise can be a powerful tool when used correctly. When used incorrectly exercise can be dangerous. Most importantly exercise should be used to establish unity & balance within the mind & body. This is why one-size DOES NOT fit all when it comes to health & fitness or diet & lifestyle. It's super important to choose the right type of exercise that will help you reach specific goals. Whether those goals are to change body composition or to rehabilitate from an injury, there are effective and efficient ways of achieving them. If you don't know where to start but want to get moving just make sure to get outside and walk daily.
