Please grab a pen and write out all that you wish to release with this full Snow Moon.. Then find a comfortable space and relax while the sound flows through your body.. we will imagine letting those things we write down leave with our breath and float away up to the moon- the moon is strong enough to hold our hearts.

I went "live" and hosted a sound bath on my personal page at 1pm and it was not working--- I think the universe wants me to wait a bit longer and try again once I have 108 followers-- since 8 is my lucky number.

MLK Day isn’t just a day off — it’s a call inward.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. reminded us that real change doesn’t come from force, fear, or domination — it comes from alignment.
From choosing love over ego.
Service over separation.
Courage over comfort.

At Aqueous Alignment, I believe that collective healing begins with personal responsibility — doing the inner work so our outer actions are rooted in integrity, compassion, and truth.

When we tend to our nervous systems…
When we listen deeply to our bodies…
When we live in reverence for one another and the earth…

We don’t just talk about peace — we become it.

Today is an invitation to ask:
✨ Where can I soften instead of harden?
✨ Where can I lead with love instead of reaction?
✨ How can my presence be of service?

Alignment isn’t passive.
It’s a daily, embodied choice.

There’s something we’ve always done differently at Aqueous Alignment retreats.

In the past, we chose to create our own meals together —
not because it was trendy,
but because it felt right.

We sourced as much food as possible directly from local farmers and fishermen,
people who live in rhythm with the land and the sea.
People whose hands know the soil.
People whose lives are woven into the island itself.

Every meal became a ritual.
A way of saying thank you.

Thank you to the ʻāina that holds us.
Thank you to the ocean that feeds us.
Thank you to the island that allows us to arrive, learn, heal, and remember who we are.

We believe nourishment is energetic —
that how food is grown, harvested, prepared, and shared matters.
When we cook together, we slow down.
We connect.
We honor reciprocity instead of consumption.

Giving back to Maui has never been an afterthought for us.
It’s woven into the fabric of how we gather.

Because if we are guests on sacred land,
we carry the responsibility to leave it better than we found it.

This is the heart of Aqueous Alignment.
Gratitude in action.
Reverence in practice.
Community over convenience.

And it’s something we will always place value behind.
