Electrolyte powders are in!! This is a nice clean replacement for sports drinks. Lots of flavors available in powder and stick form. I do have individual packets at $2/packet id you’re not sure on a flavor! $26 for a 30 serving bag or $24 for a 20 serving packet bag

**Ear Seeding**
I've had some questions recently about ear seeding. Yes, I offer ear seeding here! As a licensed acupuncturist, this is a service always available to you in my office. Common seeding protocols include: insomnia, headaches/migraines, stress, depression, anxiety, back pain/sciatic, weight loss, smoking cessation.
