Grow Yoga I am a Certified Yoga Teacher in WNY. I completed my 200 hour certification in October 2017 and teach vinyasa style classes at various gyms, schools, etc.

My goal is for students of all ages to have the opportunity to experience vinyasa yoga and its benefits in a space which encourages self-acceptance. I have been employed in the Human Services field since 2006 and incorporate this knowledge into my yoga practices.
