What does Dina do?? She follows her advice. I cleanse morning and night. I use an exfoliating cleanser at night. I really take my time with my night cleanse. Then I use serum for acne/hyperpigmentation. Then I put on a heavier moisturizer. Daytime, cleanse in the shower. Moisturizer then SPF. EVERY SINGLE DAY! Unless I’m not leaving the house. I get regular massage, meaning at least once a month. (I prefer every 2 weeks.) I workout at least 3 X a week. 4 if I can find the time. I truly practice what I preach!
