Om Shanti….
yogis and yoginis, a few months of Hibernation has proven lucrative in many aspects, and i wish to share them with you very soon… although silent, never have i forgotten you. It is in the silence i search for more revelations, and look forward to channel a yoga class soon.
I wish each and everyone a healthful and peaceful day…

Its almost time to yoga on the mat again...after a race of adventures, a very industrious year has reach a successful completion for the season.
Much has been set in motion, much has broken through barriers, much has been let go off, and much is left untold; and, like the phoenix, awaken from the forgotten spaces, the yoga mat will be once again the carpet ride to shanti and serenity.

Yoga classes will reaume soon, on line, and perhaps outdoors.

I cannot commit to weekly classes, but will do my best to host once a month an outdoor event, and air another You tube yoga class.
