Living in the shadows of everyone else’s expectations can make for a dark and lonely existence. And although some find it admirable; constantly putting other people's happiness above yours can be self destructive & just plain exhausting. 😴 Ugh.

So. Let’s not fool ourselves. We have no real control over how others will react to things anyway. 🤷‍♀️ So why not try someone else?

OUR power lies in how WE choose to respond!

Everytime we set and assert healthy boundaries, our personal power will increase! 💥
The sooner we realize that we can step away from conformity and drama & make our well being the priority, the faster freedom will come!🤸‍♀️ Yay!!

Blue jays & butterflies are flying around. 🦋 The ducks are all quacking and pecking the ground. 🪱 🦆 Our kitties in the window. Watching it all. 🐈‍⬛Just waiting for squirrels to clumsily fall!🐿️ The dogs are content just chilling today. 💤 🐶 And our tortoise Gideon is burrowed in hay. 🐢
