SOMATIC VOCAL TONING

Did you know I started playing the violin when I was just 5 years old? 🎻

For years, I’ve shared my passion for ecstatic dance and somatic practices, but there is a "hidden" side of my soul that has been waiting for its moment to step into the light. After a powerful wave of clarity at a recent fire ceremony, I realized it is time to stop playing in secrecy and share my multi-dimensional self with you.

When I just 3 years old my mother took me to festival where I became transfixed on an older gentlemen playing violin under a big tree. From that day forward I asked my mom for a violin.

From mesmerized toddler at a Blue Ridge bluegrass festival to studying Sanskrit chanting at an ashram in India, music has been my most private medicine. I used to find the sound of my own voice unbearable-it was like hearing nails on a chalkboard-until I discovered that music isn’t a performance; it’s a heart-offering.

Music and using my voice have been a big part of my personal journey and that's why this year I am so excited to announce that I am now offering 1-on-1 Music & Somatic Voice Lessons. 🧘✨

I will guide you through:

👉Learning the Harmonium or Shruti Box to accompany your somatic vocal breath practice.

👉Finding your authentic voice through Devotional Chanting.

👉Facilitating the Chakra Mantra practice for yourself or others as you play your instrument and use your voice!

Let’s move from "not liking our voices" to the resonance of the heart and "using our voices to raise the vibration!"
