When the leader of the christian, family values party posts an awful video, depicting a fellow human, a former US President, a mother and father, in an undignified way, Liberals go High and showcase the power of true Love, goodness, kindness, compassion, respect, dignity...

If today you would still vote Red (Not a single red politician spoke out against the immoral post, or his being in epstein files over and over, his infidelity with call girls, awful comments to women, love of putin and more). You must ask yourself why? What is going on in your mind and heart that you'd still vote that way. It is disappointing, disgraceful, lacks moral clarity and a compassionate conscience. I do not respect such individuals. It isn't politics it morality. I can excuse voting for lower taxes and small government. I can't abide anyone voting for an abuser who's is and who's friends are all associated with a predator or predatory practices, like killing Americans in the street by trump thugs. Today is a day to pause and reflect. Are you living according to the things you claim to stand for?

For a magical Cosmic Kids Troll Yoga adventure! Kids will stretch, move, and groove along with the colorful characters from the Trolls universe in a fun, guided yoga session that boosts mindfulness, coordination, and joy. After yoga, kids will get creative with a Troll-themed craft—think bright colors, glitter, and lots of fun! We'll finish with a cheerful snack. It’s a playful and engaging experience for kids ages 3–9!

Cosmic Kids Yoga -
This week's Theme? A Dino Adventure
Children will stretch, move, and breathe their way through an imaginative yoga and mindfulness adventure inspired by storytelling and playful characters.
Along with our yoga journey, kids will enjoy a themed activity, kid-friendly snack and finish in Savasana. (Yes they'll actually stop and relax in Savasana!)

Perfect for: Kids ages 3–8.
No prior yoga experience needed
All materials and snacks provided.

Attention parents 📢 Bring the kids to Mindful Movement Yoga for a summer afternoon reset! Together we will follow along on the big screen with famed children’s yoga teacher, Jamie Armor, of Cosmic Kids Yoga. Kids will enjoy fun and mindful movement, a craft, healthy snack, and finish with a 5 minute meditation.

It is such a joy to do Inside Flow with Kathy Burns and the other OGYogi's from Deer Point Drive and now Mindful Movement Yoga. Join us in June for the next 4 week session.
