We are now licensed in 3(!) different states! We're super happy to announce that we are now able to see clients in the states of Wisconsin, Ohio, and Tennessee! Currently, we are able to accept Medicare and United Healthcare in all 3 states. We are working on accepting other insurances and will keep everyone updated when we do so!

🌿 October is OCD Awareness Month 🌿

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is often misunderstood as simply being “neat” or “a perfectionist.” But the reality is so much deeper. OCD involves intrusive thoughts that feel distressing and unwanted, and compulsions — repetitive behaviors or mental rituals — that temporarily ease the anxiety but keep the cycle going.

💭 OCD isn’t about choice, and it’s not something a person can “just stop.” It’s a mental health condition that deserves compassion, understanding, and effective treatment — not stigma or jokes.

💚 The good news? OCD is highly treatable. Therapies like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can help individuals learn to face fears, reduce compulsions, and reclaim their lives.
