Preventative Maintenance (PM) is important - this patient table had been neglected over 2 years with no PM and all the grease has turned to a blob of goop at the end of the screw and no longer lubricating. Patients were getting stuck in the machine with the tech having to manually pull them out. We got it lubed up for now and working better but replacement will be needed as the damage has been done and it's only a band-aid for now to get it "working"
