We’ve been very busy over the past few weeks with training, orientations, and hands-on learning-and while it’s hard to capture everything, here are just a few snapshots from our recent StayWell Academy sessions.

Simple tasks, like attaching and removing wheelchair leg rests, can be challenging if you’re not shown the proper way. That’s why we cover it all. Whether a caregiver has years of experience or just needs a refresher, everyone goes through the same comprehensive training.

Because quality care starts with quality training. 💛

Yes, we know… just one look at her facial expression and you can tell even she is shocked by how seriously we take training! 😲

She helps us train our team so caregivers feel confident, prepared, and supported before they ever step into a client’s home.

She might not be Miss America… but she definitely has all it takes!

What a successful week filled with trainings and orientations!
We are incredibly happy and proud to see our team growing and coming together with so much passion, compassion, and dedication.
Even Mirka volunteered to play the client role during Hoyer lift training-learning, laughing, and supporting hands-on care right alongside the team.
