Colonial Manor Nursing Home Colonial Manor Nursing Home is a 37 bed skilled nursing facility located in the beautiful Lakefield, Minnesota.

We hold a rich history of caring for people for over 40 years, and we pride ourselves on providing dignity, comfort and quality care to our residents. Colonial Manor Nursing Home has many areas within the facility to meet resident needs - the fireside room has a wonderful fireplace which is very inviting for resident and family gatherings; there is also a conference room that can be used for private dining, family gatherings and meetings. Outside, Colonial Manor has a large deck and courtyard area that overlooks the beautiful Lakefield Golf Course.

Headline: Pie Day is taking a "rain check" for health. Because of the recent surge in local viruses in the community, we’re hitting the pause button on our annual Pie Day. We wish to keep our Dear Residents safe and healthy, so we’ll be rescheduling for a later date.
