These are my go-to’s (but you gotta do them).
1️⃣ I always suggest a certain supplement for Endo periods and flares. You don’t have to take them, I just suggest you do because I know they are the best on the market and I’ve tried everything. Trust.
2️⃣Have migraines? Add some organic cocoa powder, organic cayenne pepper and some coconut milk into a blender and drink it. It worked wonders for me. You also have to balance your mind and your hormones.
3️⃣ Stop doubting your discomfort. It took me 21 years for me to even believe myself and what I was experiencing with Endo because no one else believed me. It’s very real. It hurts beyond what words can express to people without Endo.
4️⃣Know you’re not crazy. It’s not all in your head. I cannot believe how many times I am still told this during a consultation. People without endo, including doctors, have zero inclination of what we go through if they do not have Endo. You are not crazy.
5️⃣This is a gentle nudge to give yourself permission to stop feeling guilty.
I wish someone would have said this to me when I was still suffering. We are not treated like people with the “C” word. We are dismissed by our loved ones and the medical community. When I finally understood what I had battled for so long… I no longer felt guilty. I felt immense compassion for myself and our endo family. Please love and show yourself such immense compassion and grace. You deserve it.
