The holidays can feel heavy for so many.
If this season is hard, please hear this:
✨ The world is so much brighter because you exist. ✨
You matter more than you know, and you don’t have to carry it alone.
Atala is here when you’re ready. 🤍

One thing we wish more people knew about therapy:
It’s a partnership, not a prescription.
You’re allowed to look for a therapist who feels like the right fit — because that’s where real growth happens.

If you’ve ever wondered whether your struggles are “big enough” for therapy, this is your sign: they are.
Our therapists wish more people knew that therapy is simply support for the healing process you’re already capable of.
Some wounds need stitching, not shame. 🤍

❄️This season, remember: not every blessing has to be big to matter.
Sometimes the smallest moments are the ones that help us breathe again —
a quiet pause, a warm hug, a bit of fresh air, a laugh, a tiny step forward, or a message from someone who cares.
These little things add up. 🤍✨
