This isn't just a second location. It's an extension of everything you love about our original studio—the same welcoming energy, the same transformative classes (plus some new ones!!), the same "come as you are" spirit that's been our foundation for over 15 years.

But now? It's closer to home for so many of you. More space to breathe. More opportunities to show up for yourself. More room for this community to grow.

We're bringing everything to this new location:

✨Student Spotlight ✨

We dedicate this spotlight to our amazing member Jeremy Fry, who, by the way, had never attempted this yoga pose before and landed it!!! This just shows his dedication to yoga, self-care, focus, and overall health.

Jeremy shares a bit about his yoga journey......What I like most about yoga is the challenge. Everyday is different and every class is different, so I really like the variety of challenge, be it strength, flexibility, or endurance and sometimes all three at once. A regular yoga practice has certainly helped me in overall physical fitness and feeling great. It also compliments my weight lifting routine very well, and injury recovery especially as I rapidly approach 50. I also think it's made me mentally stronger much like distance running where you constantly play mind games with yourself to get to the end.

Jeremy, we love your drive, perseverance, humor, kindness, and presence. You are always smiling and willing to try anything....lol!!! We appreciate YOU!!

Your body does so much for you that you never have to think about. Right now, without any conscious effort from you:

Quick question: When was the last time you took a full, deep breath?

Not a stressed inhale while scrolling. Not a shallow chest breath while rushing. A real, full, all-the-way-down breath where your ribs expand and your belly softens?
If you can't remember... you're not alone.

Here's what most of us do: We breathe just enough to survive. Shallow, chest-based breathing that keeps us in low-grade stress mode all day long. Our body thinks we're running from something, even when we're just sitting at a desk.

Here's what happens when you breathe fully:
Your diaphragm moves properly (that big muscle under your ribs that does most of the breathing work). This massages your vagus nerve, which signals to your brain "we're okay, we can calm down now."
More oxygen reaches your cells. Your brain gets the fuel it needs. Your muscles can finally release the tension they've been gripping.
You drop into the present moment. And in that moment, there's usually something to be grateful for.

This November, we're challenging you: Take 3 intentional breaths before every meal. Inhale for 4 counts. Exhale for 6 counts. Notice what you're grateful for in that pause.

Your breath is always with you. It's the most accessible tool you have for shifting your state. And honestly? We're grateful our bodies know how to breathe even when we forget to pay attention. 💙

That's not just a tagline—it's a promise.

Whether you roll in with fancy leggings or yesterday's sweatpants, whether you're having the best day or barely holding it together, whether this is your first class or your five hundredth—you belong here.

We don't need you to be flexible, fit, or "good at yoga." We don't need you to have it all figured out. We just need you to show up as you are, right now, in this moment.

Here's something cool: gratitude isn't just a feeling—it's actually a nervous system hack. 🧠💙

When you practice gratitude (and we mean really practice it, not just post it on Instagram), your body physically shifts out of stress mode.

Here's what happens:
Your vagus nerve—the main highway of your parasympathetic nervous system—gets activated. This is the "rest and digest" mode that tells your body "we're safe, we can relax now."
Your cortisol drops. Your heart rate slows. Your breathing deepens. You literally feel calmer because you are calmer.

But here's the catch: it has to be genuine. Your nervous system can't be fooled by surface-level "I'm so blessed" when you're actually spiraling inside.

So how do you practice real gratitude?Notice the small stuff. The warmth of your coffee. The way your body moves. The fact that you showed up for yourself today even when it was hard.

In yoga, we call this presence. Being here, now, with what is—not what should be or could be. And that presence? That's where gratitude lives.This month, as we move through the chaos of the holidays, try this: at the end of each class, take one extra breath and notice something you're genuinely grateful for in that moment. Your body. Your breath. This quiet moment.
