Yoga Michelle has been teaching in Lakeland since 2004. Michelle is certified with the Yoga Alliance.

She teaches 5 multi-level classes a week at Unity in the Grove. She specializes teaching yoga for veterans with disabilities and PTSD. Also she teaches yoga for Noah's Ark of Central Florida which is an organization for mentally challenged adults. She loves to do random acts of yoga throughout town to encourage everyone to practice yoga and to take time to have fun. Like her page on Facebook to keep up with all her fun events.

Hello my lovelies, how could it be week three already of December? Please come and join us for class wearing your most cozy, comfy Christmas pajamas. And if you don’t have Christmas pajamas, just wear your pajamas. Heck, we don’t care what you wear just come and practice with us.
