Mother Earth is in a regeneration or healing process. Each person can contribute to this healing. Each time we think about, speak of, or show appreciate helps this process. Love and appreciation breathes strength into the strong Earth.

I am grateful for this journey. I am grateful for my new friends (both humans and horses) that I met in North Dakota. These Nokota horses are sacred and are helping the Earth heal as well. Each Nokota is filled with their own healing gifts.

Happy 4th of July! I am always amazed at each and every Reiki session that I have the honor participating in the healing process. Each time, the person gets exactly what he or she needs. The message is one of gratitude for service and ensuring that the individual knows what stands in their way of achieving or receiving what is best for them. I am truly grateful for this journey! I am grateful for the individuals that entrust their healing to this practice. The space that is created is sacred. The time that is spent is sacred. The end result is sacred. It is truly nurturing to those who wish to participate.

“To surrender is to be at peace with all you do and not hang on to any outcome.”

In November, I was presented with this statement as a way of trusting and having faith that I will not fall and that I am fully protected. What I have come to learn in just these last few months is that this is much bigger than I could have imagined. Control is a complete illusion. We must all learn to accept this and relax into the flow of life.

All we can do each day is try our best to do the right thing and have the intention that it is for the highest good of all. Even when our message is not accepted or especially when others believe that the message is not truthful.

At times the message from the one is not a message that others wish to hear or accept. It is at this time, that I am compelled to deliver this message no matter the outcome. Acting upon something when I am being compelled has been scary at times but acting when compelled is just what I am to do.

Being compelled is the push from our guides (angels) to take the next step with them down the Sacred path of our life. Surrendering to the higher power and doing the best that you can in any given day, it exactly what we are intended to do.

This statement has brought me more piece of mind than I ever imagined.

Healings can be at the physical level, emotional level, and mental level and within the auric field.

Healings are for the highest good and can only occur if each individual is willing to release the negativity that bombards and burdens each of us each day. It is part of the human experience that we hold onto negativity (envy, hate, sorrow, fear, etc.) as if those emotions are our friends and sometimes even as if they are our best friends.

In reality, we are all loved and it is through this love that healing occurs.

When we experience trauma or severe hurt or loss we can lose a part of ourselves as it is only natural that we protect ourselves and as a result a piece leaves….This part can be returned and healed during the sessions in my healing room. The healing energies cleanse our bodies, emotions, and minds.

I am a conduit for positive universal healing energies from many different realms and universes. These energies are powerful and restorative for our human condition. They are available to all of those who come and wish to be healed.

I am a Reiki Master. Reiki is the only energy that is currently named. It is not my path to name the other energies or processes. It is my path to access them and use them for my clients’ highest good. This is the privilege that I nurture and protect.

I am truly honored by the clients that come to me for healing. I create a space for healings to occur and am a conduit for the healing energies for each individual's highest good.
