A new treatment approach for migraines called IEMDR is giving relief to those who suffer with these horrible types of headaches. There are many treatment options out there, but they involve injections, a lot of medications and do not always work. IEMDR has been shown to relieve migraines faster than traditional medications, even those used in emergency rooms. IEMDR therapy can treat a migraine in 20-60 minutes. There is no more wasting an entire day with a debilitating headache in a dark room with complete silence, nausea, vomitting, etc. IEMDR also targets the triggers of migraines and teaches the brain to not get a migraine when those triggers occur in the future.
