Leading Edge Physical Therapy began in 2002 with the purpose of providing quality, patient-driven therapy services to Lakeland Florida and it’s surrounding communities. Mike Ryan, owner, president, and leading expert in Therbo Robotics, developed a three-point promise to his customers that has been key to the success of Leading Edge: 1) To demonstrate a caring and professional attitude. 2) To use state-of-the-art knowledge and technology to deliver the highest quality of care. 3) Integrity before God will guide everything we do. Throughout the years Leading Edge has grow from a small Lakeland clinic, into a multi-location clinic that offers state-of-the-art therapy services to their patients. Our list of services have also increased to provide a wide-range of therapy, including: Therbo-Robotics Therapy, Message Therapy, AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill, Lymphedema Treatment, TMD (Temporomandibular Disorders), Vestibular Rehabilitation, Fibromyalgia Treatment, Women’s Health, Athletic Training, Concussion Management, Golf Improvement, Preforming Arts Rehabilitation, Sports Partnerships, Ergonomics Consultation, First-Responder Services, Injury Pervention, & Post-Offer Employment Testing.

- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Florida
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
