People often tell me what they heard or felt during a sound bath. What I notice most is the silence that holds it all.
At the beginning, the room may be quiet, yet there is often a subtle restlessness. The mind is adjusting and wanting to fill the space.
By the end, the sound has softened and the silence feels open. There is a sense of surrender. The body has received. The mind has settled.
It is an honor to support and witness this surrender and hold space for it in my sound baths.
