Day 17 of our Team Gratitude from Genea on HARDSHIPS: “9 months ago, my daughter tore her ACL. It was a devastating moment in her athletic journey. The verse she has clung onto since the beginning was- Jesus replied, “You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.” John‬ ‭13‬:‭7‬. We don’t know what we would do without our faith and tribe. 🙏🏼❤️‍🩹🥹Dr. Jake also had ACL surgery and wrote her a very sweet note of encouragement across the miles of MN to AZ. 9 months later, I am very grateful and humble for the journey. It was taught us all alot and believe God has amazing plans for our girl. If you are going through any hardship, my encouragement is never give up, lean in and you will get through it. God’s got you. 🙏🏼❤️🖤
