I am so blessed to get to spend time week in and week out with so many amazing people!
I am starting a “Student Featured Spotlight” ✨✨✨✨ for those that would like to share their stories on how Reiki and Wellness has touched their lives, and where they are headed next. My intention is that we may all draw inspiration from each other and perhaps you could seek out these lovely souls to work with on your own journey.

I’m Kerry
For over 20 years, I have been a traveling bridal hair artist, helping brides feel beautiful & confident on one of the biggest days of their lives. I started in the industry by chance - helping friends with their new bridal beauty business- I knew right away, this was what I wanted to do. I love the creativity of hair styling bringing a brides bridal hair vision to life.
I love the one on one time I get with brides & watching them transform into the best version of themselves- it’s beautiful!
The whole time I was smiling and uplifting others, I was dying inside.
My mindset was negative, self talk was awful. Honestly, I hated myself and the person I had become.
Three years ago, I started to feel something shift inside me.
I decided it was time to really work on my inner self, mindset, thoughts, beliefs, and all the stuff no one sees but you feel. I took a deep dive into personal growth.
As part of that journey, I promised myself to try & learn new things.
This past June, a Facebook ad for a Reiki 1 class with Kellie at The Healing tree Wellness Center popped up on my phone. Reiki was definitely something new to me so I signed up for the class.
The minute I stepped into the Healing Tree I felt like I was exactly where I needed to be. I loved the class and began to use Reiki on myself. I have come a very very long way on my personal growth journey, but there was some stress and anxiety I could not overcome, until Reiki. I knew Reiki was going to be a huge part of my life.
And then it all made sense-Reiki gives me a way to help people feel aligned, grounded, and supported on the inside & I will bring it to them.
And that's how apothe.kerry was born.
Reiki that travels to your home to help you soften, release, and feel more like yourself again. Where energy, intuition, connection, and deep inner care come together.
A space built from my own transformation - proof that inner work truly can reshape your entire life.

My "why" is simple:
I want to leave people feeling lighter, more grounded, and more themselves.
Inside and out.

This next chapter feels like the most aligned thing l've ever done, and I'm so excited for where apothe.kerry is headed.

Congratulations to Laura, for completing her Reiki Master this weekend. This class closes the circle on a multi-year journey, and spiritual awakening. Laura took her first class with me 4 years ago. She has since traveled to Cuba and went through a year long training to become a high priestess. She has overcome many Challenges and is simply thriving now. FROM 9 TO 1 ✨THE GREAT ENERGETIC SHIFT INTO 2026 ✨ NOVEMBER 22, 2025

Dear friends, the shift from 2025’s 9-frequency into 2026’s 1-frequency is one of the most profound energetic pivots in the collective cycle. A 9 year brings endings, clearing, karmic purification, and the dissolution of what no longer aligns with our evolving path. And 2025 has carried this energy intensely—old timelines collapsing, deep chapters closing, and inner truths rising to the surface. As we approach 2026, we stand at the edge of a new vibrational beginning. The 1 frequency marks initiation, emergence, identity, leadership, and fresh purpose. It is not simply a new year; it is a new energetic era inviting us to step into a story we haven’t lived before.

This weekend opens a transitional zone, a liminal passage where the dissolving currents of 9 overlap with the first sparks of 1. It may feel like walking through a doorway where the air on each side has a different temperature. The 9 frequency is releasing its final waves—pushing out what must be completed—while the 1 frequency is already whispering direction, vision, and momentum. This overlap makes the present moment feel strangely charged. You may sense endings and beginnings occurring simultaneously, as if your inner field is rearranging itself to accommodate what wants to emerge.

Emotionally, this energetic overlap can be deeply revealing. The final sweep of the 9 frequency often brings unresolved feelings to the surface—old fears, past memories, forgotten dreams, or relationships that still hold energetic residue. These are not regressions but invitations to release what cannot travel into the next cycle. At the same time, the 1 frequency may spark subtle excitement, a quiet creative pulse, or a renewed desire for clarity and direction. Many people will feel both the ache of closing chapters and the thrill of new potential in the very same breath.

For energy sensitives, the body becomes the meeting place of these two frequencies. The 9 frequency may show up physically as detox symptoms: fatigue, digestive shifts, muscle heaviness, or sudden emotional drops. Listened to this podcast and can not wait to read these books, 30 Lessons for Living and 30 Lessons for Loving by Dr. Karl Pillemer, A Cornell Professor and director of the Legacy Project where he has interviewed over 1,000 people in later stages of life to look for a common thread of advice. Has anyone read them?

He points out that only in the last 150 years have we become an age segregated society, where younger generations are not seeking life advice and insight from the older generations as multi generational communal living has dissipated. Food for thought, maybe we should circle back to that. The younger learning from the older and carrying that wisdom to live a happy life. ❤️

I actually already try to live this way, Life is good. I am blessed.

I listened to a beautiful Podcast this week with Mel Robbins and her guest Mark Nepo the best selling author of “The Book of Awakening: Having the Life You Want by Being Present to the Life You Have.”
I just ordered his book and can’t wait to read. This man has a soul touching way of viewing life after his battle with cancer.

LOOK UP! The annual Leonid meteor shower is set to peak Sunday night. Under dark sky conditions (and clear skies), upwards of 10-15 meteors an hour will be possible. The map below plots expected cloud cover per the Euro model for midnight Sunday night/Monday morning. Clouds in red, clear skies in green.

I'll note too, there is also a chance at northern lights during this timeframe across far northern states & Canada. For the meteor shower, you'll want to look east. For northern lights (again, only for higher latitudes), you'll look low on the horizon northward. Happy hunting!
