Time and time again people tell me…
how comfortable the tables are
how cozy the office is
and how they love the ambiance.

It’s all by design because soon after a few sessions they say…
how good their body feels
how surprised they are at their progress
and how they can get back to doing activities they love.

It’s amazing what the body can heal when you allow the nervous system to be at peace 🙏🏼

Swipe to go back in time. We have a new food guide put out by the USDA and HHS. Some think it’s controversial.

Some think it’s better than sliced bread (pun intended). I do see it fills a need in our current time while lacking in other areas.

The overall focus is to eat real foods.

Have you ever set boundaries on social media?

Have you ever found yourself scrolling to relax but then found yourself more stressed out after?

Social media continues to get heavier and heavier and now there’s terms thrown out like “doom scrolling” to describe its usage.

Try setting these boundaries for yourself.
1. Time restriction. Recently I’ve dabbled with no social media until after 7pm. I set that boundary so I can show up as my best self in the office to serve and to be the best mom.

2. Tool restriction. Another boundary to try is using it as a tool. Set an intention as to why you’re opening up an app and set a time limit on it.

Try it for a week. You’ll thank me later 😀

Meet Katie!

She owns
and provides cranial sacral therapy,
dynamic body balancing,
myofascial release,
and biofield therapy.

She will be in the office Thursdays until 2
or providing in-home visits.

There’s been a lot of anxiety showing up in people’s nervous systems this week.

There’s chaos when you turn on the news.
There’s chaos when you open social media.
There’s chaos when you are driving down the road.

This is showing up as restless nights,
racing thoughts,
short tempers with loved ones,
headaches,
neck pain,
and more.

Here are some mantras to get you through the week.

It’s all about finding balance between
being informed and protecting your peace.
Control what you can control
and let go of the rest.

If you are still struggling
after practicing the mantras for a few days..
Turn that pent up energy into movement.

Deep clean the house.
Get some extra workouts in.
And give the energy a place to go.
