Great time at Parkinson’s Revolution Rochester yesterday! Exercise, community, positivity and raising funds and awareness for Parkinson’s Disease. Thank you to all who donated - I’m so appreciative! Thank you also for the well wishes and good thoughts sent! Shout out to ( & Antonio for his happy, fun, positive ride and great playlist!) and for all they did for this event! I’m riding for my Dad. For Fran. And for all my Rock Steady Boxing Conesus Lake Boxers ( not naming for privacy ). They show up. They fight back against PD- the monster that it is. Good info on how to help those with Parkinson’s Disease through exercise!

We are excited to announce that the Parkinson’s Foundation and the American College of Sports Medicine, the world’s largest sports medicine and exercise science organization, have announced updated recommendations to provide safe and effective guidance on exercise for people with Parkinson’s disease!

The updated exercise recommendations were published following extensive review from subject matter experts, as well as members of the PD community who actively use the recommendations. Read more: Parkinson.org/about-us/news/updated-exercise-recommendations
