Kingsley Shores Senior Community is located on four lovely acres and offers apartment-style living with a choice of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 425 to 1200 square feet. The community offers exceptional amenities and services to meet the needs of residents in 35 independent living apartments, 34 assisted living apartments and 32 apartments dedicated to residents requiring memory care.

We are thrilled to share some exciting news. Ashlynn Chappuis, BSN, RN, has been promoted to Executive Director for our community!

Ashlynn brings over ten years of experience in nursing and healthcare leadership. Her career began as a CNA in long term care, where she discovered her passion for serving older adults. She went on to earn her nursing degrees, gained experience at the Mayo Clinic, and later returned to elder care in leadership roles that strengthened her focus on quality, connection, and resident wellbeing.

During her time as Director of Health and Wellbeing at The Waters of Kingsley Shores & Place, Ashlynn has helped elevate care standards and fostered a supportive environment for both Residents and Team Members. She is also pursuing her Master’s in Nurse Leadership and Management, a reflection of her strong commitment to growth and service.

Ashlynn grew up on a dairy farm in Northfield where she learned the importance of hard work and community. Those values continue to guide the way she leads and supports our residents, families, and team.

We are excited for this new chapter and proud to have her guiding our community.
