I don't have the words really, to properly thank MicroBasics , from all the way out in Austin, Texas.

This generous, animal health company, whose products are bought by farmers for livestock, has donated a very generous sum of money to me for my Black Mamba rescue, release & research work.

My Black Mamba work, while I love it, is financially draining, which can get mentally draining.
Now, I have a much-needed boost to drive out to help more people in rural areas & those in informal settlements etc.

It allows me to collect mambas from other snake removers, who kindly hang onto their catches for me, for my research work. We're looking at the sizes of Durban's mambas, movement, how best to conserve them, and we've looked at what heavy metals are in their system. More on the way too!
Oh, not to mention releases, which takes me all over the place.
These funds will also allow us to buy some first aid products and other gear necessary to help & treat injured Black Mambas.

I still cannot believe what they've done for me. Grateful, appreciative, doesn't quite sum it up. All I can say is thank you.
