Our therapists bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table, making all of our patients feel welcome, and comfortable they are in good hands! We treat: sports injuries, post motor vehicle injuries, TMJ disability, Lymphadema, Womens' Health/Pelvic Floor Therapy, Parkinsons', pre and post surgical conditions, chronic joint and muscle pain, headaches, movement system impairments, and much more! Leilani Connors, our owner and director has been fellowship trained in orthopedic manual therapy since 2003. She has been practicing physical therapy since 1995. Tommie Baugh PT, FAAOMPT was born and raised in Austin. Tommie joined Achieve in February 2013, and has worked in many different fields of physical therapy. He began post graduate work in orthopedic manual therapy and is looking forward to completing his residency this coming year. Stefanie Foster PT, FAAOMPT, joined Achieve in 2009. She is fellowshipe trained in orthopedic manual physical therapy, and is currently furthering her studies in medical therapeutic yoga and womens' pelvic health. She especially enjoys treating orthopedic injuries in youth and athletes. Along with orthopedic management, she has experience in lyphadema, treatment after masectomy and reconstruction, TMJ management, and is certified in LSVT BIG therapy for patients with Parkinson's Disease. Kimberly McElroy PT, MS, OCS, CSCS has a strong background in orthopedic manual therapy, but also specializes in chronic muscle skeletal problems and womens' health-including therapies for pelvic floor dysfunction/chronic pelvic pain. In addition to being a board certified orthopedic specialist, Kimberly is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Dear Valued Patient,
After gratefully serving the Lakeway area for 15 years Achieve Manual Physical Therapy is selling to ATI tomorrow Wednesday, September 15, 2021. We've enjoyed being able to offer the highest quality of physical therapy services to our patients and are proud that we have made an impact on thousands of lives in the Lakeway community.
ATI Physical Therapy will be reopening the new clinic at this same location on Monday, September 20, and our existing physical therapy staff (Leilani Connors, Rachel Gonzalez and Samy Booth) will become ATI employees.
Our priority continues to be you and your care. Our staff is here to help you during this transition, whether you wish to continue your treatment at this location with ATI Physical Therapy, or if you prefer to look at other options in the community. In either case we will be glad to assist you during this transition.

Happy 2 year work anniversary to Lysette! She has been such a great addition to our Achieve team and we're lucky to have her! Learn more about her below.

Originally from Del Rio, Lysette moved to San Marcos to attend Texas State University graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science. She then continued through Texas State's graduate program for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Lysette then went on to complete a Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy through the Manual Therapy Institute. Outside of work, Lysette enjoys spending time with her family, running, and working out.

COVID-19 Update:
Here at Achieve, the well being of our patients is our highest priority. We are doing our part to mitigate the spread of germs by doing heavy cleaning of our equipment and all surfaces even more so than usual. We are disinfecting at any opportunity we have.
We please ask that you also do your part to minimize the spread of germs. IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE STAY HOME. While one person may have only mild cold symptoms, this can be severe for those who are immunocompromised or the elderly. We have many patients who fall into these categories so please be mindful of others. We also understand if you fall into one of these categories and prefer to hold therapy temporarily.
We will continue to monitor any new developments and will be responsive to the guidance and directives of the WHO and the CDC as they share new information. We will be operating with normal business hours and are happy to be your preferred physical therapy providers!

Starting September 1st Texas became the 49th state to allow patients Direct Access to Physical Therapy! What does this mean for you? You can now access your physical therapist without having to first go see a doctor. This is something that we have been working towards for many years and is long overdue. Read the attachment for more info or give us a call if you have any questions!

Rachel is originally from Dallas but has been living in the Austin area for 12 years. She received her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from St. Edwards University. She then completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014 from Texas State. Rachel is in the last year of her post doctorate work to be Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and her one year old son.

Samantha received a BS in Exercise Science from Harding University. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014 from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Samantha is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist, earned after finishing a residency at Honor Health in Phoenix Arizona and she is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy. Samantha was born in Austin and enjoys being active and spending time with her husband and dog.
