He is a 1980 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Zoology. He attended Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1984. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Capitol Area Dental Society.

The dental offices of Ken Mannas DDS started many years ago, when a young Ken had a vision to provide great dental care to families in Lakeway and the Hill Country. He found and bought the land, designed the building, and had it built. Then Ken went to work building a community dental practice by helping one patient at a time with great dental care. Two decades and thousands of referrals later, Dr. Mannas is Lakeway's Family Dentist. We thank you for your support over the years.
