Our Story

Both educated and trained at University of Texas Southwestern, Dr. Michelle Carlotti and her husband Dr. Albert Carlotti met while pursuing their surgical residencies at UT Southwestern-Parkland Memorial & Affiliated Hospitals in Dallas.

Bonded together by the same passion in life, they soon became the FIRST Husband and Wife team in the country dedicated to Cosmetic, Reconstructive and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Upon completion of their extensive training they set out on the journey of entrepreneurship and opened their own practice and surgical center in Scottsdale, AZ. Drs Michelle and Albert immediately became a trusted source for excellence in Cosmetic, Reconstructive and Maxillofacial Surgery. Both serve or have served on various boards, lecture nationally, serve as experts for news organizations and legal reconstructive cases.

After more than 16 years and thousands of successful surgeries, they knew it was time to come home. Opening their second location in January 2018 Drs Michelle and Albert are bringing their unmatched skill and experience back to Austin, TX!
