We have been recently made aware by a patient that someone is calling on behalf of our office requesting genetic testing and collecting payment. Please do not share any information unless it’s in person in our office. Our office will never request any labs or genetic testing unless you are in person in the office. Our policy is for any lab draw- you are required a follow up appt to discuss a plan or additional labs at that appointment.
