Personal Care provider -
Provides assistance in the personal care and protection of the residents in the assisted living residence.

Provide assistance in resident care including dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, ambulating, activities and eating. Duties likely include cooking, cleaning, serving, keeping records, monitoring residents, assisting in urgent situations, assisting in emergency situations.

Looking for Superhero’s who can stay in character as their best selves. Looking for innovators who have good ideas to make this place better for residents and employees alike. Looking for “owners”, if you see a problem or a mess own it, those who would walk by and pretend it’s not their problem need not apply. Looking for the lighthearted. We’re here to keep everyone safe and secure, so as long as we accomplish that it’s OK to hop around like a bunny and be fed carrots; you’ll be amazed at how fun that can be! We practice the “no problama lama” and “Save the drama for your mama” mantras. Translation, please don’t add to the residents problems by bringing yours to work.
