I cannot stress enough how important it is to stretch before and after workouts. Why?

🔀 Maintains flexibility and mobility (especially as the body ages)
🌀Increase circulation throughout the muscles
✅ Helps prevent injury (when a muscle continues to be shortened and overworked it becomes primed for injury)
⬇️ Decreases aches and pains
🔄 Helps maintain range of motion for major joints such as hips and shoulders
🏋️‍♀️Helps increase performance in workouts
