Summary:
The Seasonal Worker will work onsite in our Bozeman MT location supporting manufacturing operations to maintain production and delivery schedules as needed. The duties would include assembly, inspection and packaging of various configurations of biological indicators and other duties as required. The shift schedule would be Monday – Thursday, from 6:00a.m. to 4:30am with some flexibility around the start and end times of the shift. The length of the seasonal worker is expected to be June – August.
Required Experience and Education:
• On-the-job training is available.
• Requirements include the ability to maintain a punctual shift schedule for 40 hours per week.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Teamwork experience.
• Physical ability to be standing, sitting, and moving for long periods of time.
• High School diploma or equivalency degree required.
Production Responsibilities
• Ability to package and assemble products with care and efficiency.
• Ability to support operation of various types of simple equipment.
• Ability to respond to changing production timelines.
• Ability to follow SOPs and provide continuous feedback.
• Ability to follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Comply with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Application of the Mesa Labs Quality Policy and active monitoring of product quality during manufacturing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Work Environment and Physical Accommodations:
• The standard work schedule for this position is Monday – Thursday; 6 am – 4:30 pm with some adaptability based on business needs.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand or sit for extended periods of time.

• A typical laboratory environment comprises the bulk of the work environment for this position.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually noisy due to machinery operations.
