Creative Compass: An Afternoon of Art & Reflection is a 2-hour guided creative experience designed for anyone—no art skills needed—who craves a reset and a safe place to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.

This class is especially meaningful if you’ve been feeling:
• Drained from the constant pace of work and life
• Stuck in a decision, transition, or uncertain direction
• Disconnected from your creative side or inner voice
• Curious about using art as a tool for clarity and stress relief
• Hopeful for more balance, courage, or expansion in daily life

In this judgment-free space, participants will combine simple mixed-media art, mindful journaling, and guided reflection prompts to tune into where you are now and set intentions for where you would like to go next.
