Carmel Oaks is a 55+ Independent Living Community located in beautiful Lakewood, Colorado. We feature a dining room, private-dining room, fireside room, coffee shop, home theatre, wood shop, fitness center, library, guest room, billiards/game room, beauty/barber shop, putting green, shuffleboard court, raised garden beds and under building parking garage with individual storage areas. Also included are a secured entry, planned social activities, scheduled transportation, monthly housekeeping, a continental breakfast, utilities, concierge and optional dining.

We feature 16 different 1 and 2 bedroom floorplans ranging from 600 sq. feet to 1650 sq. feet.
