Lojong, or mind training, is a Tibetan Buddhist practice that offers powerful tools for cultivating positive mental states and transforming attitudes. It helps develop qualities such as loving-kindness, compassion, and insight, while reducing harmful habits—leading to a more peaceful and compassionate way of being.

This practice shows us how wisdom and skillful means can be applied to diminish negative mental patterns, such as clinging to the self, anger, and fear. Lojong’s emphasis on the interconnectedness of all beings and the importance of serving others can inspire a more purposeful and meaningful life.
