Providing access to integrative therapy, primary care, and other complementary services to improve health outcomes and reduce healthcare costs for persons with physical disabilities. Our programs give persons with disabilities a service that can improve their overall health & participation in life by providing access to adaptive exercise, acupuncture, massage, chiropractic care, adaptive yoga, primary care and other complementary services on a local and national level. Our programs are very innovative and proactive, making our organization the heart of grassroots healthcare. We empower persons with disabilities to take control of their health vs.

This National Brain Injury Awareness Month is a time to recognize the impact of brain injury and the importance of access to the right care and support. At the Chanda Center for Health, our latest Evaluation and Outcomes Report shows that nearly 10% of our participants are living with a brain injury - highlighting why disability-competent, collaborative care matters. 💜
