Reiki is back at NZM! We are beyond honored Heather has stopped here on her magical journey. 🪸🪬🐚🌺 Heather is a Reiki Master, Reiki Master teacher, life coach and yoga certified. Heathers transformational journey began in Baja Mexico at Yandara yoga institute where she completed her yoga teacher cert. During her training she was introduced to the healing art of Reiki and became passionate to help others by channeling Reiki to promote one's body to heal itself. Heather then traveled to Costa Rica where she completed her Reiki Master cert. From there she ended her life coaching training in Portugal. You can book with Heather Monday through Saturday.

Becca | Massage Therapist | Reiki Master 🪬 Becca was born and raised in the Denver area. She received her massage and esthetics license from Aveda Institute in 2012 and has been practicing body work as well as energy work for the last 15 years. Prior to practicing massage, Becca earned her Bachelor's degree in dance and comparative religion from the University of Colorado, and danced professionally in the Denver area. Becca has dedicated her life to whole minded healing, and spends her time studying non-dual philosophy, dancing, and enjoying the hummingbirds that live in her backyard. Becca looks forward to sharing her calming, grounding, and transformative healing sessions with the Native Zen community.

Hiya I’m Jana | Massage Therapist | Herbalist | AWESOME 🌱 Quickly after graduating from Asheville’s School of Massage and Yoga in 2017, Jana set sights on Northern California where she had the opportunity to have a private practice for the past 5 years. In those lush hills, she began to dive deeper into herbal medicine, which led her here to Colorado where she is furthering her studies at the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism. Having been raised among the slow-moving pine forests and cypress swamps of Mississippi, she weaves those roots into her massage practice by giving a touch that embodies a slow-moving, grounded energy. Combined with Myofascial, Swedish and deep tissue modalities, her bodywork focuses on releasing stuck tension and reintegrating flow back into the body. An overall relaxing and therapeutic experience, her use of intuitive touch and handmade herbal salves, oils, smoke blends and so on, allows her to facilitate a deeper massage experience.
