Pregnancy and postpartum are sacred, life-changing seasons. Your body is creating, expanding, releasing, and healing all at once. You deserve a space where you can fully exhale.
I offer prenatal and postnatal massage combined with gentle energy work in a peaceful, thoughtfully curated environment designed to calm the nervous system and support whole-body balance and healing.
Prenatal sessions (beginning in the second trimester) are carefully adapted for comfort and safety, using supportive bolstering and specialized techniques. Bodywork during pregnancy can support:
• Relief from back, hip, & sciatic discomfort
• Reduced swelling
• Improved circulation & lymphatic flow
• Better sleep
• Decreased anxiety & stress
• Nervous system regulation
• Deeper connection with baby
• Gentle preparation for labor through muscular release & relaxation
