This past Friday, our amazing team had the honor of volunteering at the Colorado Mission of Mercy (COMOM) — a truly inspiring event that provides free dental care to those in need across our community.

From early morning setup to hands-on patient care and everything in between, our employees showed up with compassion, skill, and heart. We’re so proud to support an organization that brings hope and healing where it’s needed most.

Thank you, COMOM, for the opportunity to serve. We left with full hearts and a deeper commitment to making a difference. 💪✨

Happy Wisdom Teeth Wednesday!! 🦷

Everyone out there has a different opinion on wisdom teeth. Why you have them and if you should keep them. Let’s start with the simple facts.

Wisdom teeth are your third molars and typically come in between the ages of 17 and 25.
Some people have them and others simply, do not.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to dealing with them, it is dependent on your teeth and how the wisdom teeth have formed.

Halloween 2024 was “one in a Minion” 😂. We closed down all 3 offices and recruited 3 groups of 4 (one doc per group) to go to different areas of the metro near our respective offices and bring some Minion cheer! The weather was absolutely perfect this year (late October is always an unknown in CO!) as drove and walked around the city (with lots of honking cars getting a kick out of us and the inflatable Minions eliciting everything from random hugs to participation in karaoke 🎤. We loved seeing our referring community (and their outfits) and are already looking forward to next year 💪!

Happy 10TH ANNIVERSARY to our phenomenal Implant Treatment Coordinator Amy! Amy joined Peak two years after Dr. Noori took over and has become a fixture of the practice. She has seen it morph and blossom over time and has been instrumental to its growth (and has always taken everything in stride). She transitioned from a surgical assistant to an ITC back when it was barely even a concept (“Why do you need one of those?” friends would ask me back then 😂) Now, she is one of the most tenured and educated in the industry and has helped build and maintain relationships with innumerable patients and referring colleagues. She joined Peak as a quiet extern and is now a wife and f/t working mom with 3 beautiful children. In a day and age where loyalty has gone the way of cursive, CDs, and the Rockies, we are incredibly grateful to have Amy on our team. Keep crushing it!

Providing SAFE and effective anesthesia for our patients is an Enormous responsibility that we do not take lightly: Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial surgeons, DAANCE trained surgical and anesthesia assistants, and a prepared team! We had an amazing full day of training with Darren Lacroix from Dental Simulation Specialists.

Administrative Boot Camp Day! 🪖Our Practice Administrator extraordinaire Shannon recently organized an amazing full day “recalibrattion” for our administrative team. Each of our awesome administrative leads then likewise tackled a topic they put together. “Alignment” and “systems” are catchy phrases with much substance to them but only when the time is set aside and dedication is made to make them mean something. We are so grateful to have such a professional team always striving to improve our patient and referral experience!
