We are looking to hire a full-time (or close to full time) clinician who specializes in working with children and adolescents, especially children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. There will be some opportunity to work with adults if you want, but the focus of the position is on children and adolescents.

We are looking for licensed mental health professionals (Psychologist, LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for a growing practice specializing in the treatment of trauma. Unlicensed clinicians with some clinical experience working with traumatized children and adolescents will also be considered. Training and certification in TF-CBT, TST, and/or EMDR are preferred.

Ideal candidates have the ability to work independently, have strong ethics and boundaries, and are flexible and organized. Work can be done in person in the Lakewood office or via telehealth.

Duties are primarily individual therapy with assigned clients. There may be some potential for providing group therapy, family therapy, and providing trainings if that is of interest.

• Billing done for you
• Assistance with insurance credentialing
• Flexible schedule

I am looking to hire part-time or full-time employees.

Looking for licensed mental health professionals (Psychologist, LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or psychologist candidates for a growing practice specializing in the treatment of trauma. Current specialty areas for the practice are working with crime victims (adults and children) and working with law enforcement, fire fighters, emergency medical providers, medical personnel, and military personnel and veterans, but you could develop your own areas of expertise under the umbrella of providing trauma treatment. Unlicensed counselors, social workers, and MFT’s may also apply and supervision will be included, but I am not an approved supervisor for social workers or MFT’s.

Ideal candidates have the ability to work independently, have strong ethics and boundaries, and be flexible and organized. Work can be done in person in the Lakewood office or via telehealth.

Duties are primarily individual therapy with assigned clients. There may be some potential for providing critical incident debriefings, wellness checks for emergency responders, and training for helping professionals.

Another !! This time at one of the weekly assignments for our CSU-Global Lifespan Development and Generational Issues course. A huge thank you to Dr. Libbi Palmer of Palmer and Associates for serving as the content expert for this course!! As you can see, each course is focused not just on general psycho education but more importantly on how to apply these concepts specifically to work with military and responder cultures.
