“Mending Night is a chance to fix items that could use some love and repair. It is not a workshop or service, but a chance to hang out and share skills. No experience is needed to come!

🧵What to bring: your own fiber projects, clothing, sewing supplies, and/or any fabric, threads, etc that you’d like to share with the group. We will have buttons, small fabric patches, needles, and some threads to share! “

The nervous system is a beautiful, resilient, and complex system. In this workshop we will dive into the world of herbal nervines and how they can assist us and allow us to fully show up in our everyday lives.

There’s no surprise that more and more of us are choosing to limit alcohol consumption in our daily lives, some choose to participate in Dry January, some choose to eliminate alcohol all together. Whatever your reasons may be - we celebrate you! Now more than ever the rise of n/a spirits and mocktails have flooded the market. While I love this for so many reasons - I’ve noticed that so many of these alternatives are just replicating alcoholic beverages to the point that they’re almost identical and not unique.

As someone who has been sober from alcohol since September 9th 2019 - ive spent the last six years formulating herbal mocktails that stood out from traditional cocktails. And didn’t just “take the edge off” but offered so much more. And although we have come a long way since 2019 then in terms of restaurants and bars offering n/a offerings that’s aren’t just soda! But from an herbalist perspective, there are so many incredible herbal allies to work with and build relationship with that are affordable, nourishing, and delicious
