Every 14 seconds, an older adult visits the emergency room for a fall-related injury.

Lower your risk:

➡️ Find an evidence-based prevention program using the Eldercare Locator: https://click.connect.hhs.gov/?qs=513c61a4a86db0daae2a06d5f62c06216dee0360c4c8d0e7e18ce91ad8bcbff6551bd0357aafac1f40f35b8d1bf4d67705245d5781020ef0
➡️ Stay active to maintain balance, strength, and flexibility.
➡️ Remove tripping hazards and improve lighting in the home.
➡️ Review medications with a doctor or pharmacist.
➡️ Get regular vision and hearing checks.
