Even our therapists know how important self care is. Stephany is using her down time to stretch and relax before her next client. Stretching with the arms open and out, or up, can open up the pectoral muscles and relax the rhomboids (muscles between the shoulder blades). They do a big job and they deserve a break. Not to mention the mental break she is taking by laying down, closing her eyes, breathing, and listening to relaxing massage music. Such a hectic world we live in. Take those breaks where you can. Good thinking Stephany! We need you healthy and well for your clients! 😊💪🥰
