Vision Therapy is like physical therapy for the eyes. Often people with vision problems are unaware that they see and function differently, especially children.

Denver Vision Therapy specializes in evaluation and treatment for vision problems such as eye tracking, binocular issues, focusing problems, and visual processing deficits. Vision problems affect about 20% of school age children, and close to that in the adult population. A developmental vision evaluation should be the first step with anyone who struggles to read.

July 19th is Brian May's birthday--lead guitarist of Queen! Why are we recognizing a rockstar's birthday at Denver Vision Therapy? Because Brain May is also an astrophysicist, and inventor of the Owl Stereoscopic Viewer which we use frequently to help train binocularity skills!
A stereoscope, or stereoscopic viewer, is a device used to view two flat images as a single three-dimensional image. We use them in vision therapy to train the eyes to work as a team to see in 3D.
